Kira
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Use of Kira
Kira is provided to help groups split receipt-based bills. You agree to use it lawfully and only for receipts or sessions you are allowed to process and share.
No financial advice or payment guarantee
Kira calculates suggested amounts owed based on receipt data and participant claims. It does not guarantee payment, enforce debts, provide financial advice, or replace your own review of the final split.
Receipt accuracy
AI receipt extraction can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking parsed items, tax, service charge, totals, and final amounts before relying on a split.
Availability
Kira is offered as-is and may change, break, or become unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, sensitive, or unrelated content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use Kira to harass others or expose private information without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the service, including incorrect splits, missed payments, or unavailable sessions.
